It Is Accomplished

While it’s definitely narcissistic and probably a little blasphemous to quote Jesus on the Cross in relation to my degree, but do it anyway.
It is accomplished.
This blogger is now the proud owner of a MB BCh BAO (Hons) degree from the venerable Trinity College Dublin.
This shall be my last introspective study rant post ever. EVER.
(well until my membership exams in 3 years, where 80% of candidates fail, but blogs will probably be obsolete by then)

This pain...eh, ok, pain, what's that again? Short term memory learning already flowing out my ears.

The most hilarious thing happened to a friend of mine last night in a tazi on her way in to read our results from a noticeboard at 10 pm - the taxi driver heard she was newly qualified and produced his KIDNEY STONES IN A JAR to show her. He keeps them in the taxi.
How weird is that?

I can't think how I'd feel in your situation. On the one hand, there'd be a great sense of both satisfaction and accomplishment; firstly to get into your course, and secondly to complete it - Im imagine - took quite a bit of work. Then I'd snap out of that exhaustion enduced trance and think it's not actually finished, it's only beginning really. Regardless, congratulations to you, Auds. Good luck in your new life, as such.

Way to go, Dr Auds! Mega impressed. Medicine+Surgery+Obstetrics, that's impressive. Did you not do the course on arrogant shit consultant with a golf fixation?

Well done Auds, many congratulations. What time do you break open the champagne, wish I could be there.

What immediately came to mind when I saw this post is the Jackson Brown song, "Doctor My Eyes".
